A new server is being opened today with an xp boost as an incentive to move:

Quote:
Today we will be adding two additional servers. We will be adding a new French server named Arbolu and a new English server named Kalil. As we continue to grow and add more servers we realize that switching from a queued server isn’t an easy decision. In order to incentivize play on these 2 servers, as well as the recently opened German server Lephar, we will be offering 10 consumable experience potions that boost your experience by 20% for one hour. These will be available through the survey system to one character per account on these servers and only for this weekend!

Would you prefer to stay put and put up with queues or move, have to start all over but level a bit quicker with no queues?

The last new server (Kahrun or whatever) doesn't often have queues and when it does they're usually of about 400 or so. So I'm assuming this new one will be much the same. While I'm reluctant to start again (oh my god SO SLOW TO LEVEL A FREAKIN CLERIC) with the queues the way they are I can't play at all except on days off. What are your thoughts? I won't be offended either way!

personally i'm thinking move, having to re-lvl sucks, and lvling trade skills again sucks more but i'm running out of things to do while i'm in the queue, also if i dont get in the queue before 8 then theres no point joining it on gorgos...wish they offered char transfers ¬.¬

Id be up for moving to a new server. i havnt played for the last 3 or 4 nights now because when i have gone and logged in and i see 3200 / 3200, time before play 3 hours 15 minutes i just think "aww fuck it" and then cancel it and go do something else. The characters we have made on Gorgos will still be there if you want to go back to them anyway incase we wanna go back when the ques die down

When you think about it, the time wasted in queues will probably equal the extra time it takes you to level again. I'm for a move.

They've said character transfers are not an option for a few months and personally I can't wait that long :( Kinda pissed cos I took 2 weeks off work and wasted them...

So.. I guess we'll see each other on kalil or whatever? Post whatever your name is!

And Mickey my wife, you'd better stay a fucking tank... cos you're good at it

Also.......

"I’m excited to confirm that we are currently working on implementing a server transfer service beginning next month. Specifically, we will offer every player a free one-time server transfer for a limited time to select servers."

So maybe I won't spend my time levelling another cleric...
